The Prudencio A. Tubalado, Sr. Scholarship Foundation was founded on the legacy of my father, Prudencio A. Tubalado, Sr. He was devoted to education as a tool for the success of not only a single child in need, but an entire community.

Thanks to the concerted effort and enthusiastic support from our local volunteers, our philanthropic endeavors have been successful, especially in the Barangay area of Toledo City, Cebu, Philippines. A majority of candidates in the scholarship selection process are high school graduates from Bato & Awihao National High School.

Our Goal

PATS Foundation seeks to promote the values of family and education within the community by advancing and developing local philanthropic activities, as well as, establishing new programs that serve educational needs, further helping to improve the quality of life for the younger generations.

Educating Our Youth

To serve the local community and achieve this goal, we offer merit scholarships to students entering college in select municipalities of Cebu, Philippines. Currently, scholarships are awarded to deserving students from Toledo City and Abellana National School in Cebu Cier.
